Grape Harvest It has been produced after gathering the grapes together MANUALLY During the last week of October 2014. It makes it therefore widely different in neutrality and especially in flavor.
Elaboration Process It has been fermented at 24ºC during 8 days. Its maceration is prolonged during 3 more days after fermentation. Aged during 4 months in new American and French oak barrels.
Service Temperature Preferably at 15 ºC
Tasting COLOR: black cherry, clean and shiny AROMA: it stands out for its flowers-and-red-berries aromas. With a slight red-berry jelly at the end. MOUTH: tasty, fruity (raspberry) and with a bit of milk chocolate flavor. Balanced and persistent, with a long and fruity ending.
