| Grape Harvest | It has been produced after gathering the grapes together MANUALLY During the last week of October 2014. It makes it therefore widely different in neutrality and especially in flavor. |
| Elaboration Process | It has been fermented at 24ºC during 8 days. Its maceration is prolonged during 3 more days after fermentation. Aged during 4 months in new American and French oak barrels. |
| Service Temperature | Preferably at 15 ºC |
| Tasting | COLOR: black cherry, clean and shiny AROMA: it stands out for its flowers-and-red-berries aromas. With a slight red-berry jelly at the end. MOUTH: tasty, fruity (raspberry) and with a bit of milk chocolate flavor. Balanced and persistent, with a long and fruity ending. |
